Nicha Saeduku is an experienced educator with a passion for providing safe environments and a high standard of care for children.

 

Nicha has received a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and care (CH30113) at TAFE NSW as well as a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50113) at H&H Accredited Training Australasia.

Her work experience includes 3 months at the Concord West Greenwood Early Learning Centre and 2 years at West Ryde Early Learning Center during which time she has developed a personalised and customer focused approach to the needs of parents and those in her care.

 

After identifying an opportunity to extend and refine her individual style of care, Nicha developed a business plan to start and run a family day care business in the City of Ryde. After months of preparation Nicha's Family Day Care opened in June 2017 with a high level of interest and enrollments within the first week.

 

Initial feedback from customers has been positive and Nicha plans to establish a stable customer base through word of mouth and continue to meet the day care needs of the local community.

 

Nicha's Family Day Care is part of the Artarmon Family Day Care group which is a professional organisation dedicated to providing support to their group of highly qualified, trained and experienced educators.
